Moses recorded in the Book of Leviticus the laws that God had established on behalf of His chosen people. Along with the provisions of the law, the benefits attached to adhering to the law were included. Among those provisions, God instructed His people of the need for partnership. Leviticus 26:7-9 details that "And yea shall chase your enemies, and they shall fall before you by the sword. 8 And five of you shall chase a hundred, and a hundred of you shall put ten thousand to flight: and your enemies shall fall before you by the sword. 9 For I will have respect unto you, and make you fruitful, and multiply you, and establish my covenant with you." In other words, God was assuring His children that His hand would appear so mightily on their behalf during the times of their conquests, that no matter how many of the enemy appeared against them, five of His children would have courage and strength to chase and defeat a hundred of the enemy's army, and a hundred would be able to put 10,000 of the enemies’ army on the run.
What the Lord was reiterating to them was that as a result of their walking with Him, partnership would work tremendously to assure them of certain victory. According to the words of Jesus in Matthew 18:19-20 " Again, I tell you that if two of you on earth agree about anything you ask for, it will be done for you by my Father in heaven" . 20 For where two or three come together in my name, there am I with them." (NIV). The meaning of these words was that you are to get some faith filled partners to set themselves in agreement with you on the same thing to help you accomplish the work.
Why not consult Lord about becoming a partner with us, help us to get the gospel out to the masses, and assist God in begetting additional godly offspring into His family via the anointed word. My husband, Willie, and I thank you so very much for partaking of the works of our hands in performing this ministry of serving the people's needs with the gospel. We pray God continued blessings upon your lives.
